Any opinions on this? Going to put it into my AO522 netbook (it's compatible with SATA 2).

Is it good enough for real world usage? how is the power draw?

It's an amazing drive, well on my laptop that is. Currently I have no problems with it whatsoever, and the speed boost will definitely benefit your netbook.

I actually just found C400 for $8 more so I think I'll get that instead. The increased speed is a real plus. Also the power draw is tiny, 150mW on active.

C300 64GB is a good drive, see the review on the bottom of my signature.

C300 should theoretically last longer than the C400 because it uses 34nm NAND instead of 25nm. (5000 vs. 3000 write cycles)

But it uses 10x more power than the C400, will that be noticeable for battery life? The C300 is at $99.99 and the C400 is at $108.40

If the specs say so the specs aren't accurate. Check the battery life I got in my review.

    I see that but that's with the C300's 1.7W/2.4W R/W power.
The specs say the C400 only uses 0.15W on active.

Like I said, the specs aren't accurate.

Here are some real world measurements for the 256GB models:

You might get a little more battery life from the C400 but if you do the difference will be small.

Well the store was sold out on the C300 so I opted for the C400/M4 instead. Should be similar performance/wattage correct?
