I'm sorry Pasoleatis, there are no notebooks with the QX9650. The only 'notebook' that has a quad-core processor right now is the Clevo D901C, and it uses a desktop quad-core processor. It can use up to the Q6700. It can't handle the TDP of the QX9650 or other Extreme Edition quad-cores.

Thak you for your answer. Assuming I can customize the barebone and get rid of the heat problem, woud the chip support the qx9650?

Thanks for your answer. I did sme reading. What about the q9450? I thought it has the TDP about a half of the qx9650.

Do you if the chipset if the D901C suports the Penryn processsors? I would also be very happy with a q9450 in the D901C.

As far as TDP, I see the QX6700 as 130w the same as QX9650 on Wikki. If wrong fine. If correct then earlier post incorrect. You asked about upgrading, well same sockets so could be possible. Can't confirm, I mean you can always have issues like BIOS and will FSB upclock, but it should fit. You asked about the Penryn fitting? I don't think so as we have been talking Desktops platforms, now you switch to mobile, different socket, different chipset so no.

Edit: You should contact XoticPC or PowerNotebooks to find this out. They would be two places that could help, if it can be done they can do it. If money is no object I bet they would do if possible.
