Hi Guys,
I've seen a second hand dell d830 advertised with "Intel Crestline Graphics"
Does anyone know what this actually means? If so is it any good?
Cheers,
Greg

The code name of the Intel Mobile 965 Express chipset ...
The video card is the X3100 anyway. -
thanks dreamer.. is it possible to upgrade this component?
-
No, it's not.
-
I thought you can up to the Quatro cards?

:S or do those make no difference at all? -
Oh, what's the meaning of the word "upgrade" in the Hardware Components and Aftermarket Upgrades section?
-
-
You can't upgrade an intergated video card. Period.
-
how does the Intel Mobile 965 Express chipset or the X3100 as you put it, compare to the 128MB QUADRO NVS 135M? Is there a graph like toms hardware graphs for laptop gpu's?
-
The NVS 135M is the 8400M GS and is much more powerful, if you need it though.
-
