    DCSE Certification

    I am completing the modules for the Dell DCSE cert and need help with the M1730. I cannot find info on how many screws secure the Personalization Shield, or any other info about it except that it is there. The Dell manual does not mention this part at all. Also what is the preferred starting point for removing the LCD bezel? The manual only says the bezel is easily damaged but it makes no reccomendations about where to start prying it apart ( bottom center, top center, lower left corner, etc. ). Also according to the manual there are 14 screws on the bottom of the unit for the Palm Rest and 9 on top of the unit, but 23 is not a choice for the answer, choices are: 21,16,12, and 26. If anyone can help me with this or just point me to where I can find the info I would really appreciate it. Thanks to anyone that can help. My email is : rayturner85 at hotmail dot com.
