    for DDR2, the best of the best is SO-DIMM DDR2 800mhz PC-6400 200pin CL4 RAM (2x2Gb, obviously) with heatspreaders.

Ok, you overclock the FSB, or only the GPU ? Overclocking the T9400 via multiplier won't be possible.

heat spreaders really won't make a difference and i couldnt find any pc2 6400 cl4 modules that had them.... i know for normal ddr ram you could buy heatspreaders as an accessory and add it to you ram.. but i can't find any for ddr2 (200pin).
mushkin and kingston sell pc2 6400 cl4 modules

Firstly, lower cas latency is not going to improve gaming performance in anyway. Gaming performance depends more upon the physical size of the memory, than the memory frequency and timings.

Get any PC2-6400 memory you can get, cheap and w/lifetime warranty.

Or go for the Ultra-Low Latency DDR2-800 modules from Kingston, if you just wanna blow Rupees.

No point, just get regular Cas 5 memory. You won't notice a difference at all. If you are still adament then Google shopping it.

Kingston, Mushkin, OCZ, Corsair, G.sKill, when you're talking DDR2 800 or 667 on a laptop, it's essentially all the same, you won't be overclocking.

If they're the same voltage, the kingston. If they're not, choose the one with the LOWER voltage.

well, 1.8V is standard, I wouldn't expect it to be lower. But when it's higher than that, that's where you have a problem.

So there you have it, the Kingston.

CAS Latencies make very little difference in synthetic benchmarks, and even less in gaming.
Go for what's cheapest, if at all - your profile says you've already got 4GB in your rig!

Technically speaking the lower latency ram is 20% faster due to the reduced latency period between cycles, but in reality there will probably be little if any discernable difference.

All DDR2 SODIMMs have a standard voltage of 1.8V (1.9V seen mostly on DIMMs), and @stonesrubber - as mentioned in your previous thread before, lower CL is not going to make a noticeable difference in performance. Just buy memory that comes with a lifetime warranty, which is more useful than faster timings.

And COD4 will be fine with 4GB of memory - frequency and timings don't play a major role in gaming performance.

    Nope doesn't fit.

And there's no point anyway since it's hardly faster.
