How much of a difference in performance would I see between the two? I'm so close to choosing an Acer 4400 but the RAM thing is questionable to me until one of you guys answer.

I have another question. Does the Acer 4400 come with a 10/100 Ethernet port? Cause that's what my college uses in the dorms.

    Thanks a lot! :acer:

2.4% performance increase overall. I tested it on my TM4402.

Not much of a difference at all. I upgraded from 333 to 400 and there was no difference at all in some benchmarks, and some showed an increase around 2% as chaz said. In real life day to day usage is none existant. You will better performance increases if you increase the ram from 512mb to 1gb.
