    Hello ALL.

About a month ago I got all my savings and got myself a NICE laptop for 4250$ after tax and shipping.

I am a gamer and I got ...... YES Go 7950 GTX and T7600G CPU and all other things like 7200RMP HDD etc.

BUT after a week or so NVIDIA got new Video performance laptop card 8 SERIES !!!

Now I got 4K laptop and looks like in about 2 weeks my top-of-line card will became outdated.

    My super question is.

It's possible even 10% that new M8 MXM mobile cards will be compatible with current mobo that M1710 have so all of us can do an upgrade?

    Thanks.

No...Dell is completely redesigning the next notebook, which almost certainly means a redesign of everything including the graphics card. It would only work if Dell were to offer an 8 series with the 1705/1710, and the 1705/1710 is about to get retired.
