    Hi
I have an ancient RoverBook Navigator RT6 issued in 2000, :) however working wonderfully since 2000. It's analogue of CLEVO/Kapok 2820/2830/2850; The same model, possibly under other number, issued also Sager, Eurocom, Prostar...

Motherboard Whitebox Elite 7400/Hitachi 270e pIII is with frequency 100 MHz.
The last version of BIOS 05.18с should support the processor with frequency up to 1 GHz and hard disk 80 Gb.

There is a block of DIP switches on the motherboard, with 8 jumpers. As I understand it, DIP switches (SW3) among others establish the frequency of CPU (FSB) 100/133 MHz.
I have SDRAM PC-133, and I want to install a new processor 750 or 800 MHz and set CPU (FSB) 133 MHz. Therefore, I need to know DIP switches settings.

Please help me by the table of DIP switches settings or by the service-manual for this or related model.
    Thanks!

Does your laptop use a standard Pentium 3 desktop processor?
If so, then you should be able to upgrade to around 1Ghz or so.

If you can, can you take a picture of the dip switches, and post a picture here on the forums, so that we can further assist you.
You can use photobucket to make links out of your uploaded images, which you can attach here.

Well. It is not standard: this is PIII 750 ( mFc-PGA).

At first there was processor with frequency 500 MHz - mFc-PGA too. Recently has appeared this PIII 750. After replacement of the processor the new one was shown as having frequency 600. After updating the BIOS with last version (05.18с ;) there already appears 750 in BIOS, however system and test programs again show that it has the frequency 600 MHz.

This model of CLEVO (2820/2830/2850) also produced Kapok (2820/2830/2850), Sager (NP 2850), Maxdata (Pro 650T), Jetta, Gericom, Eurocom and others.
