I was wondering if i could change my processor current is a T5250 with 1.50GHz that is very Weak for gaming and multiplied tasks. I contacted HP and they said that i wouldnt work with my Motherboard. But when i searched my what my chipset support it said that i could have an Intel core 2 Duo processor with max 800MHz - 533MHz and so on. and my chip is Intel(R) GM965 Express Chipset. i was wondering if i could change and what that is the best i can buy

Yes, you can upgrade your notebook to any of the Socket P Meroms, and any of the 1st gen Penryns* (<- for sure*).
The T8100/T8300/T9300 are good choices if buying a Retail CPU.

Now, a CPU upgrade is only advised if your run CPU-intensive tasks such as photo-editing, CAD, Maths apps, video-encoding, etc quite often. A CPU upgrade won't improve gaming performance, except for some FPSs. Your GPU is not the best (You say X3100, HP says 8400M GS ?!), so that is the major bottleneck in gaming performance.

If you do not want to upgrade the CPU, upgrade the HDD for sure. You can get a good HDD for under $100, which will improve performance when multi-tasking, and will also improve app loading times.
