I'm trying to access a Dual-layered DVD on my new notebook but whenever I put it in the drive, the autostart won't load up and I can't access the DL-DVD at all (reads it as having 0 bytes).

This same DL-DVD works fine on my desktop. I've tested other dual-layered DVD's on my notebook and they've worked fine so I now it's not a problem with that and since this same troublesome DL-DVD works on my desktop fine I know the disk isn't corrupted.

Any ideas as to what I could do to get my notebook drive to read this DL-DVD?

    - Thanks
