    Hello,

I just recently formatted my notebook computer and it is working fine except for the fact that it doesn't burn CDs or DVDs. I have the original Nero that came with the notebook and when I try to burn something it just tries to create an image file? (.iso), creates one but then doesn't do anything. I'm just trying to burn pictures of our new born baby for my other friends, is there something I'm doing wrong?

Maybe you did not select the right burning device. I think that software can burn to image (i.e. create ISO image) too.

I'm pretty sure I'm selecting the right one, I used to burn CDs/DVDs fine before I formatted.

I'll give it a go thanks.
