    Hello everyone.
I just replaced my laptop screen for a 4k one. I put the B173ZAN03.2.
The problem is that unfortunately I left one of the screws on the laptop keyboard and I closed it.
After that, there is a little black spot on the place where the screw were.
Looks like some dead pixels but actually they are not dead, just darker.
In a black screen I see nothing, but its noticeable on white or colors.
Is there anything I can do?
I already tried rubbing around and Jscreefix site with no luck
    I leave some pics.

    Thank you very much :)
