When you buy a new laptop, you would look at the screen for dead pixels to make sure all is fine.
If the resolution is, example, 1280x800, would it be harder to look for dead pixels than if the resolution is, example, 800x600? I mean the "dots"/pixels would be bigger on 800x600 and easier to see, won't it?
Just for interest, cheers![]()

Well, if the are comparing the resolutions on the same sized screen, then no. The pixel size will remain the same, becaue all the display does is act and downscale the image to appear to have less pixels. If you compare the resolutions on two seperate monitors, using their native display resolution, the pixel size will be different.
