Can any one tell me how can I gain access to RAM, I want to upgrade my RAM, on a Toshiba Portege M500. On the bottom of the laptop there is only one access panel and it is for HDD. Do I have to take off the whole bottom plate or is the RAM located under the keyboard like some Thinkpads? Also if someone could point me to a website where I can download the services manual for this laptop I would appreciate it as I am unable to locate one my self.

    Thank you

The memory should be next to the hard drive under the panel.
