    Hello all !

    i have dell 1520 with 2 sticks of 1 gb (1 is at the back and 1 under the keyboard from my understanding), both are 667 MHZ DDR2.

    can i upgarde them to 2X2GB DDR2 800 MHZ ? and which brand you recommend ?

    You can go to 4GB, but it doesn't matter if it's 667MHz or 800MHz as the 1520 can't run memory faster than 667MHz. Brand doesn't really matter; as long as you get something with a lifetime warranty, it should be safe.

    Yes you can but the memory will only run at 667MHz.. so don't worry.. anyway DDR2-800 is cheaper than DDR2-667...
