I've gone to various sites but so far no one has head of my problem or know how to fix it! Maybe here I can...

I own a Dell Inspiron N5030 Laptop. It came with software that really screwed up my keyboard, it had this lock that for the longest time I couldn't get off. I finally do and things are fine. Yes later, while install a hard-drive the laptop got smacked against a table, not super hard, but not light either. (it wasn't someone, another who doesn't care if they broke someone else's property!) Since then the keyboard has a problem typing fast and I mean faster than snail speed. I can only type 1 key at a time per second. It is not software related, it is hardware I am certain. While typing the curses jumps all around, so typing documents I'll be on 3rd paragraph and it jumps to paragraph too and I haven't touched my mouse and I tried unplugging the mouse, still the problem continues. Is there a chip or piece of hardware for the keyboard Laptop that I could replace? Is there any way of fixing?

I bought a new computer last year, but it doesn't work. It came with Windows 7, but after getting a virus I couldn't remove and all my created resort points no longer listed (even in safe mode) I reinstalled with recovery discs, they installed window 8 and I don't like nor can figure out how to use it and don't want to. I hate 10, so that isn't an option. Linux doesn't have the software I need like adobe products and I can't invest in Mac. Microsoft and HP(for my desktop) say they have no recovery or installation discs for 7 and they tell me to just be happy with 8. What happened to free choice?

If my keyboard hardware problem can be fixed, please let me know. If not, then well, I guess I'm stick with this laptop or will have no computer at all.

This laptop's keyboard is weak, and bendy. And no model of solid build quality. And that was when these machines were brand new. They're not built for long life, and must be babied. And is not built for fast typists who have any kind of a firm feel. This machine and too many like it made me forsake consumer laptops and go business class.
