After reinstalling XP the 2 media bay HD which I used before (also with XP) can not be activated, even after a system reboot.
Status is (Disc1 static external). I only have the option to convert the HD to a basic disc but this means formating it. I don't want to lose the information.

    Who can help?

Thanks in advance from Barcelona (Spain)
    Jürgen

Yes, I've installed the latest driver from Dell and XP (SP 3) with latest patches.

    Thank you!
