I'm posting this as a follow-up to this thread:
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=368562

    I upgraded the ram of my E6500 to 4GB DDR2 800MHZ,
and I used the WD4000BEVT drive inside the WD 400gb elements drive to upgrade the hard drive.
The whole process took 10 minutes... (=

My HdTune results are (these are quite precious for this drive, I couldn't find them anywhere online...):
    MIN: 36.3 MB/sec
    MAX: 70.0 MB/sec
    AVG: 54.9 MB/sec
    Access Time: 15.9 ms
    Burst Rate: 79.3 MB/SEC
    Cpu Usage: 9.7%

Everything works perfectly - 55sec full vista ultimate restart time.
Quite happy with this upgrade, and it cost only 65$+18$=83$ total...

    Reccomended!
