i don't know if i upgrade my Dell m4600's gpu 2000M up to K2000M .
They said that dell m4600 can upgrade up to K2000M .
But BIOS HAVE TO SUPPORT Quadro kepler , where is the BIOS update ? and driver for main ?

Seems to me (quick search) that if you have the latest BIOS for the M4600 you should have support built-in.
The driver is most likely the same too (may need a re-install to initialize special features of the new gpu though...).
Good luck. -

If you're not using much CAD applications, you might want to wait around and see if the 7850m becomes available soon at a lower price seeing as how its a more powerful card for general use and should be compatible.
-
Correct. I have even put an nvidia 670m in my m6600 which isn't officially supported but it works perfectly and optimus still works as expected.

No, almost all the cards that come in the 17" systems are type B and will not fit a type A slot.
Probably not smart to go through dell here with the price of quadros. You can get the 2000m on Ebay, not sure about the k2000m. -
The problem is 3.0a cards are more scarce than 3.0b and prices on Ebay are outrageous too. The 2000m is being offered by one seller only right now at around 400$. I didn't ask Dell a quote for the 2000m but I doubt the would charge me more than that.
