Hey guys, I had a question about RAM. My brother has a Dell e1705. He only currently has 1x 1GB in his Ram slots. I looked it up and saw that it took DDR2 200 pin PC-5300 or PC- 4200. It looks like it maxes out at 2gb capacity. My question is, with this information, what is the best RAM to buy for his computer. Would something like this work? I'm not very hardware-minded. I just want to make sure we're getting the right thing before I buy it.

    Thanks!

    I have seen an E1705 with 4Gb of memory installed (2 x 2GB)
The E1705 is best with PC5300 memory clocked at 667MHz

If you want the best bang for the buck upgrade, buy a single 2GB Pc5300 module. Put that in the vacant memory slot, and 3Gb of memory can be attained
