i am looking to upgrade the driver for my Dell D610 wireless adpater, I am running Vista SP2 32Bit,
I am talking about the factory builtin adapter, which I know has not been changed since I am the original owner.
Device manager shows: Broadcom 802.11 Multiband Network Adapter; it is a B/G adapter.
Please see attachment for details:
But dell's site show the following: driver downloads:
Broadcom 570x Gigabit Integrated Controller
Broadcom 57XX Gigabit Integrated Controller
Dell Wireless (Except US,Japan) WLAN Card
Dell Wireless (Japan) WLAN Card
Dell Wireless (US) WLAN Card
Dell Wireless 1350 WLAN MiniPCI Card
Dell Wireless 1350 WLAN PC Card
Dell Wireless 1370 WLAN MiniPCI Card
Dell Wireless 1450 WLAN miniPCI Card
Dell Wireless 1470 Dual-Band WLAN miniPCI Card
Dell Wireless 350 Bluetooth Internal Module
Intel (R) PRO/Wireless Network Connection
Intel (R) PRO/Wireless 2200BG Network Connection
Intel (R) PRO/Wireless 2915ABG Network Connection
Where can I find the latest driver or verify that I am on the current driver. I tried Broadcoms's site but could not find it, Thanks in advance, Joesa

You need a PCI wireless card. Like these: dell latitude d610 wireless card - Google Product Search

Thanks the Joker, I did not phrase my question well. I need a driver upgrade, the builtin card works, but am having a hard time finding the proper driver for it. The dell site does not even list a driver for the card that show on device manager. Last resort I do have a Netgear WAG 511 PCI card but when I tested it in distant past the range was horrible.
