I sent it to them for other reasons but mentioned that my HD was making clicking noises, and they kindof just tore it out and replaced it without telling me.
My old HD was a Samsung Model: HM250JI(they sent it back in packaging).
Looking at the properties of my new HD tells me FUJITSU MJA2320BH G2 ATA
The only difference I can see is that this one has about 320GB(with 298GB of actual free space) where my old one was 250GB.
Can anybody who is familiar with these two identify any other differences? Is one better than the other besides the storage difference?
I'm not sure if Hdd is a factor, but my notebook fan has been louder and more frequent than I remember before the switch.
Dell replaced my hdd alittle while ago, spec question
