    Slot Load DVD+/-RW (DVD/CD read/write)

Dell Wireless 355 Bluetooth Internal (2.0+Enhanced Data Rate)

I saw that I just beat the HP 9700 series by 100 dollars since Dell is running a 600 dollar special off of XP1530. Do those specs look nice for $1449.00?

How can I get the student discount with dell? Also the ultimate steal is a nice website for college students :D. thanks

Depends on your college. I'd need more details.

Looks like a pretty nice laptop. I'd strongly consider getting a 7200rpm HDD instead of the slow 5400. Also, before you order check out Xoticpc.com or discountlaptops.com and see what you can get a comparable Sager for. That looks like a pretty nice deal, though.

It really won't matter if it is 5400RPM or 7200RPM for what you do. And also, get 1 gig or 512 ram, buy ram from seprate vendor and upgrade it. You'll save quite a bit of money.
