I have an old desktop with windows XP. Recently whenever i boot it CHKDSK comes every time and does a quick check of two drives (G: & H: (non OS drives)). This repeats every time and its not possible to skip this check somehow as the keyboard doesnt seem to work here (weird!!!!). This comes up every time i boot.

Also i have noted in the BIOS under hardware monitor that the voltage value for 3.3v rail is only 2.96v and is highlighted in red. The computer freezes sometimes. Is this related to voltage value. i have tried changing the SMPS but its still there. Is the first problem related with the voltage issue. The computer also freezes sometimes
