So I purchased an XMG P724 (Clevo P370SM-A ) but I would like to upgrade the current 60Hz panel to a 120Hz panel. I have sourced a 120Hz panel that is compatible it is this panel New LG PHILIPS LP173WF2(TP)(B1) 17.3" Laptop Screen 3d
but the biggest problem I am having now is finding an EDP 50pin cable for this panel. This XMG P724 I have purchased has dual 980M's so 60fps just isnt going to cut it. Is there anyone who can point me in the correct direction. Where can I buy the cable required to run this panel. I need specific model numbers or links. Can anyone help?

No joy with Fortunetech, clevoweb or Ebay. I have sent a parts request to Eurocom but no reply as yet so will have to see what happens. It will be a real shame if im stuck with a 60hz screen with 980m sli

Check Clevo Extreme Gaming or Mythlogic and see if either will sell you a cable.

Did you ever find a cable? I'm in the same boat. I want to upgrade the screen to the 120hz, but figured I need to find a place to source the cable first.

You can again try Eurocom, but I would quicker suggest calling them instead of just e-mailing (or definitely call if you e-mail and they don't reply).

Here's the biggest problem does your laptop on the board even support a 50 pin connector on it? If not then your doing something that isn't going to work regardless of what 120 panel you get. Maybe that is why they never return the emails cause they don't have such connections on the board to support 50pin and that panel could be made only for Desktop Panel not laptop panel.
