In reference to this post which got no responses..........

This is the message when running a read test via Dell Diagnostics...
I've also noticed that when I run the Western Digital diags (I don't have a WD hard drive, but they still run fine), it froze my computer at this block.

Bad hard drive?? Already? :( Any other opinions on what it could be?

    Which HDD is it ?
Try running an Error Scan in HD Tune, and the Windows ScanDisk as well.

It's a Toshiba 320GB 5400RPM hard drive. I'll run those when I get home from school.

Try running the drive in an external usb to sata adaptor/enclosure.
Than try running windows checkdisc, or hdtune error scan.
    Hopefully the drive is repairable.
If the drive does have problems, than you should RMA/return the drive.
