What is the diff between PC 4200 and PC 4300. Will I be able to run dual channel with 4200 and 4300? Thanks!

You can have two sticks of RAM with different speeds, but the slower speed with dominate, and the higher speed will clock down to the lower one.

Make sure that your RAM's pins, voltage, etc are the same.

This is a common issue. There is no difference between PC4200 and PC4300 - it is a numbering issue among the manufacturers. The numbering for RAM is calculated by multiplying the clockspeed by eight. 533 * 8 = 4264. It depends on how manufacturers round. Some go up to 4300, others down to 4200. Doesn't make a difference, it's the same stuff.
I'd stick with PC4200 because there is a larger selection of memory.

Thanks, that makes sense. I was always wondering why there was quite a lack of PC4300 and a plethora of PC4200. Looks like people like to round down. :)
