whats the difference between the HDMI and the DVI outputs? i believe that they are both 100 percent digital signal, and that the HDMI not only does video but sound as well... but is there a difference in quality between the two just video wise? and assuming DVI is the equivalence to HDMI video, what is the equicalance to HDMI audio???? thanks guy!!

No difference in video quality as they use exactly the same signals (a HDMI to DVI adaptor just changes the plugs to suite).

As for audio, this is sent over the cable as a digital signal so will be as good as the unit that does the decoding at the other end. The maximum standard for the audio is down to the graphics card that sends it if you are using a PC. Early ATi cards could only do 2 channel PCM whereas later ones have started to add DD and lossless multi channel to the mix as well.
