Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
It looks like both are actually identical, save that the SU7300 is clocked 100MHz faster than the SU9300 (and therefore a tiny, tiny bit more powerful). They're both ULVs with the Penryn core, 800MHz FSB, 3MB L2, and 10W TDP.

The SU9300 is slightly older. http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=36695
It supports virtualization.
Intel Trusted Execution Technology is supported too
The SU7300 is newer. http://ark.intel.com/Product.aspx?id=42791&code=su7300
Also supports virtualization.
And has the Intel "thermal monitor 2" that the SU9300 lacks
Intel Trusted Execution Technology doesnt seem supported. -
The SU7300 a little more powerful > a little more power consuming ?

the numbers difference from 9xxx to 7xxx doesn't represent a drop in quality here - it has dynamic fsb cutting to improve power efficiency further than cheaper dualcore culvs (su4100 / su2300) which cuts fsb and thus effective clocks down. Just treat it like an Nvidia rebadging - except it's done cheaper and not passed off as better.
Difference between SU9300 and SU7300 ?
