    Difference between these two WD 1TB Drives?

    Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these two WD 1TB drives:

    WD10000LSRTL

    WD1001FALS

    They are both Western Digital Caviar Black with 32MB Cache. I only find info for the WD1001FALS at WD's site.

    Reason I'm asking is that the retail one is $99 at Micro Center next week.

    I think one is OEM and one is retail box. They are both the same I think.

    the 1001FALS has the fall detection sensor and appears to be oem, the other is just a retail packaged caviar, I might add fall detection seems awful gimicky in a 3.5" drive unless you're using it in an enclosure maybe...
