Slot Load Fixed Blu-ray BD-ROM / DVD + /-RW Combo Drive (can I burn blu ray and regular dvd disks with this?)

    and

Slot Load Blu-ray BD-R, BD-RE / DVD+/-RW Drive with DVD+R double layer write capability(why is this more expensive, how is it better than the one on top? What does BD - RE mean?)

Whats the difference between these two?

BD-Rom is read only for blu-ray but you can still write DVD Rs

BD-R you can write to 25Gb BD-r disk
