WXGA stands for a specific Wide screen resolution (1280x768), Super fine WXGA also known as WSXGA is another name for (1440x900). BrightView is a brand name of HP, used to distinguish their high contrast displays, other manufacturers have their own brands names like BrightView, for example DELL calls their high contrast glossy screens TruLife. It is just a brand name.

There is basically no difference between them, as they are all from the same manufacturers (LG/Phillips, Samsung, AUO...)
HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Sony...all share the same screen supplies. What you get on a Pavilion will be the same one on the Dell studio.

Standard LCDs use CCFL (Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps) for backlights, while LED backlit screens use a number of LEDs instead. Because of the size, power requirements and the number of bulbs used, LED backlit screens are usually thinner, more power efficient, brighter and uniformly lit compared to CCFL screens.

Next time search for these terms in Google. You can find plenty of information.
