    Hi guys,
I tried throttlestop today 4 first time and wondered about the displayed low temps on my cpu-cores.
HWinfo is showing me higher temps (both in °C)

How can this be? And what are the right temps?

    thank you

It's difficult to say which are the "right" temps, but to be safe consider the higher ones as the "right" ones.

The difference in temperatures might be due to HwMonitor and Throttlestop using different T junctions.
For one program its 10 degrees lower, while for the other it is higher.
I think I had a similar issue with my core 2 duo P7350 where HwMonitor kept reporting higher temps, while another program was more accurate - but that was in the past.

It could be that HwMonitor is giving you more accurate temps, but I'd just as soon check the T junction value in it and change it to 105 deg C (which is what your CPU should use).
If that doesn't change anything, or the T junction is already set to that, then it will likely be that ThrottleStop is not giving you accurate temps.

try core temps which can be found in my link below with lots of other useful software.
