I have two Sp9400 (@2.4 Ghz) with different S-spec.
In base of this parameter how can identify the differences (if any) and eventually understand the month/year production or, at least, deduce which one is more recent ?
One has SLGAA while the other is identified with SLB64,SLBHG
A first diffence (Evident using ThrottleStop) is that the former support a min voltage of 0.9125 while the other can be undervolted at 0.9000

Are any of those engineering samples?

Reading at these pages it seems that the SLB64 is the previous step of SLGAA:
SLGAA (Intel Core 2 Duo SP9400)
SLB64 (Intel Core 2 Duo SP9400)
I don't well understand the differences in terms of core voltage. -

I'm just guessing that Intel tweaked some things and that they were manufactured at a different date. -
Different S-Spec for the same CPUs
