On my 320GB external hard drive there is a 12GB partition that I can't delete or access from Disk Management console in Windows 7. It says "Healthy OEM partition".

    How can I delete it?

Hmm,, possibly the partition type is set to something ..

Try ptedit32 and change the partition type to NTFS ( 07 ) then see if you can access/delete it ??

Are you deleting it from your laptop?
If so, try installing it into a desktop.
While in Windows, windows doesnt like deleting its own partitions on a working disc. When you do it outside of windows, as in using another system to do it, generally everything you want works.

Unfortunately I don't have a CD drive or available USB keys.

Edit: I just installed it and ran it, it worked. Thanks.

Windows 7 does not seem to recognize ptedit32.

The drive is an external USB drive. I don't have a desktop

hmm that's strange. I've used it on 7 64bit without any compatibility changes.
Anyway I've been using that whenever I messed up with my Dell Media Direct button MBR .. (Dell will change the partition type into D7, making it invisible and we can't set it as active from any partition manager program)
and ptedit32 works flawlessly! It saved my life so many times LOL

Where do you type it? I typed it in search bar and control panel but can't find it.

Edit: Partition Wizard did the trick.
