I have a Gateway NV5927u. I love everything about it except the display. The 1366X768 is not enough to efficiently use Photoshop. Is there any way I can replace my display with one that has better resolution? I have a core i5 in it, so I know the graphics can support higher resolution. I've searched Gateways website, but none of the NV5x series computers come with any higher resolution. Would it be possible to get one from another manufacturer?

Buy a Monitor or LCD TV with Full HD resolution and connect via HDMI. :D

no.. usually manufacturers use their own LCD connectors.. really best method would be to get an external full HD monitor or HDTV and connect by HDMI..
