    Do netbooks use the same DDR2 Ram that laptops use?

    I have been trying to come up with an answer to this question. I can't find any specific information on it. The ram looks the same, and to me it seems the same from performance tests but I don't know if its specific netbook ram or not.

    And a second question. Do netbooks have fans to keep their hardware cool? If not how do they keep cool under long hours of work / heavy apps

    Yes, they use the same SO-DIMMs. Most netbooks just use passive cooling, it's not meant for work/heavy apps.

    Igrim is right. Most netbooks have fans. Those with passive cooling are more expensive.
