I'm really interested in swapping out my screen and putting in a 3d one. I'm asking because I want to use my 7970m crossfire for some 3d gaming and passive seems to be the only way since active on laptops require NVidia cards. Laptop model is p370em. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not yet. Plus, depending on the model, your Clevo might require a bit of extra stuff to make the 3D panel work (such as a different motherboard, etc.).

Well Wish me luck Radji I think I found a 3d screen that only uses 40 pins so i'm going to try to swap it out with my current one. Thank you once again for your help! I realize there is a very low chance it will work but hey what the heck, you only live once?

Best of luck to you. I only have my knowledge of Alienware models to work off of. And in those instances, it took an extra cable and/or modified main cable to run a 3D panel. Plus the motherboard had to be special because it had to have a special 3D certificate in which the BIOS queried the GPU card to make sure it was a 3D capable card. Just a little too complicated if you ask me.
Do they make passive 3d screens for laptops?
