I am not sure I understand what you are asking, so correct me if I am wrong.

-You have a second hard drive installed in a docking station and have installed Windows on it.
-You boot to this drive, it works fine
-you try to remove the laptop from the dock, windows crashes.

If that's the case I am sorry to inform you that you will have to keep the hard drive containing the OS you want to run always plugged in.

No sorry, ill try to be a bit more clear :) sorry !!

I want 1 OS installed on the Laptop, and 1 OS installed on the Docking Station.

What i want is to Connect my laptop to the Docking station and have the Docking station OS running at that time.

And when i have to leave I remove the Laptop and i want to have the Laptop OS running.

I Juste cant make the OS from the docking station to work , i get a blue screen when Windows from the Docking station is loading up !!

0x0000007 <-- is the error i received, i remade the partition and stuff and formated !! Nothing seems to work, if anyone can help me it would be appreciated Thanks

    Thanks

Try going into your BIOS and setting the hard drive from your Docking Station as the primary boot device (1st on the list), then your laptop hard drive.

Mike, I've got a nc8430 - where'd you pick up your docking station? I'm looking for a dirt cheap one with a dvi-d output for my laptop
