I think the speed and stability of LITEON LMT-256M3M is better than mydigital msata ssd, but I can't find a place to buy it in the USA aside from ebay. However, the price in ebay seems ridiculous high. So does anyone know where else can buy that msata ssd in the United States of America ?
BTW,who can tell me the screws size of the msata slot of thinkpad t430s?

because I may use it in the future as a os hard drive. So the compability is very important, but M4 doesn't has a good compability with laptop and tablets.

There is nothing wrong with Crucial M4. What laptop? Crucial M4 is a rather inexpensive and a very solid performer in any laptop. But it directly from Crucial.com website, they have competitive prices.

296 thousand kilowatts for a SSD is a little overkill. You should choose a different SSD for shure :D
