Does anything draw less power than Fujitsu drives?

I am looking at a 2nd drive for my Lenovo T60 to stick in the extra bay. Basically going to be storage, backups, and alternate OS's. I am looking for a cheap drive, but also one that draws the least amount of power possible. One thing I have noticed again and again is the Fujitsu drives are always at the bottom of the benchmarking tests for power consumption. The exact drive I am looking to get right now is the MHV2120BH, which also happens to be the primary drive in my laptop right now. 120gb, 5400rpm, and decent 3 year warranty. While I have always enjoyed Seagate drives for my desktops, their laptop line seems to be pretty heavy on power. The 5400.2 drive from Seagate draws almost twice the amount at idle, and much more during seeking and other activity.

One of the sites were this really stands out is below:

Scroll down to the wattage graph, noting the Fujitsu drives consuming the least, and the highest drawer of power being the 5400rpm Seagate! Even the 7200rpm drives by them draw less power.

Well it looks like power consumption puts it as one of the lowest SATA drives, and its middle of the pack in read/write performace. That said it seems like it should be just fine for a second drive.
