    It seems like best buy sold me a used returned laptop. I'm very upset right now... Does best buy always do this? Do I have to pay the 15% restock fee? I really want my laptop to be 100% new or at least trick me to be 100% new. I'm very upset that my laptop is obviously used and don't know what the previous guy might of even done to the laptop.
