Looking through the specs for my Samsung X65 and can't see whether it is SATA I or SATAII, anyone know?

I believe the SATA speed for the chipset is 150 MB/s. However, it is still able to support 300 MB/s SATA hard disks. Bear in mind, that there is very little difference between SATA 150 and 300, because hard disk transfer rates are much less than 150. So, even if the notebook could use SATA 300, there wouldn't be any difference in speed.
