Hi my laptop came with 1Gb of 533Mhz Pc4200 Ram and I am wondering if anyone here knows if it would support 667Mhz Pc5300 Ram..??

Its almost a year old and going strong. It was one of the first Toshiba P100 models and has a 1.83Ghz Centrino Duo T2400 inside.. I think it supports the faster ram, but wanna be sure....

Yes it will support the faster RAM. However, you won't see much, if any, performance gain. 533 is slower speed-wise, but has a lower CAS latency which pretty much makes the two equivalent.

Most of the 533 MHz Mem Modules have a CL of 4 which will prove to be almost equal to the performance of 667 MHZ with CL5. So, stick with 533 MHz, but make sure that it is CL4.
