Just wondering, i have full size wifi card, that i dont use, i was wondering if those ports can accept a hdd like Intel Solid-State Drive 310 Series. Would i be able to see it on the bios and change boot priority?

It depends on the individual laptop.
The main requirement is that the laptop manufacturer needs to use a Disk Controller with the mini-PCIe slot. If there is one, then yes, you should be able to pop a mini-PCIe device in there. You will need to do research on your individual laptop model to see if it's available.
But the reality is that most laptops do not have a disk controller on the mini-PCIe slot. Most of them are connected via the USB controller host. So if you tried to put a storage device there, it will operate at USB 2.0 speeds (at best).
Does the wifi pcie work for other hardware
