This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Received my new laptop with a 3740QM and this is the cpu-z screen :-

    Why does the name say its a 3820QM and is there any significance of the E1 revision ?

    I'm guessing that one is a mistake on CPU-Z's part, it'll probably be fixed in the next version.
