If i undervolt a cpu then reformat, do i lose all settings from the previous undervolt, or are they saved and still the same once done installing a fresh copy? Do i have to re-undervolt after a reformat?

No it does not. Undervolting is software based, which is only in effect on a windows environment when RMclock is on.

You will need to remember your voltage settings.

Isn't that one of the beauties of undervolting, that you can't brick your laptop?
