Hey, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but after a bit of searching I was unable to find it. I have an eMachines M6810 laptop with built in wi-fi. I rely on bluetooth daily. I have used several different bluetooth usb dongles, but I'm really looking for a way to add bluetooth without the dongles. I have broken a few and tend to forget them from time to time. I am looking to add a more permanent solution. Possible a pcmcia card that doesn't stick out or a combination minipci card with 802.11g and bluetooth. Any suggestions?

I would recommend the Zoom 4312 PCMCIA card. I installed it on a friend's notebook and had a great impression. Worked without glitches with a Motorola cellphone, a Palm Tungsten TX and a Belkin headset.

Don't take my word for it: you could also read the customer reviews at Newegg. ;)

Last I checked those were proprietary and for MSI notebooks only. I hadn't heard of anyone having success using them in a different brand laptop.
