It's a joke. Has to be parody of the websites like finallyfast.com. One of the testimonials even directly parodies the finallyfast.com ad. Then there is the testimonial from Anthony (John) that talks about how great John's Electronics are. And then there is the one from "Jack" about being "king of the world". Anyone ever seen Titanic?

Also, when you click the download link, no matter where the progress bar is, if you click it, the bar stops and a popup saying that your download is complete comes up. Yeah... not even a real download. :)

Edit: Oh yeah, then there is the street address for the company under "contact", "Wind Up, NV 12345". It is pretty funny though.

Lol they're all free now  What a deal.

That's funny :p I don't think it's anything harmful, just a joke. Or maybe it makes your comp a zombie who knows!

IDK...my first thought was that the download link would eventually be modified to include a virus. Some people don't know enough about computers to know they can't download RAM.

Well, I'm behind the MS firewall on this machine, so if it were a security threat, I'm pretty sure I would have had network security at least sending me a "OMG what are you doing?!?" email. :)

You don't really download anything, but don't tell anyone else that and see if the placebo affect takes hold! ;)

I think this is an old tech-support joke. It is mentioned on some tech humor sites, but linking to them is probably against forum rules.
