Thanks for the nomination, I appreciate it but I've only BGAs and no desktop. But I'll be very happy if the delid tool ends up with a person who has a desktop in hand and they're missing a delid tool which is taking a long time to ship from China.
One thing which is mandatory for the winner is, to post his/her benchmark results after using Delid tool by Dr. AMK.

also, dont forget that this delid kit in a notebook forum would only apply to users with a highend desktop cpu machine. arent that many of those around anymore with the BGA wave crashing down on us.

I'd vote for any member in good standing here on NBR, no need to single out any particular person as being the "best" and deserving of the "prize". Then that person being the most helpful or deserving should get all the goodies given away?

I'd rather see it be a simple random selection of those that want the item, as they would be in need of it, for many already have said they don't need it so want to be removed from the list.

I think @Dr. AMK is a kind and generous person looking for a deserving person to end up with his spare goodies, and I want him to know I appreciate his efforts.

I like the way you said my name, AMK and I like to change my name, please let me know how. I think no need to use any titles between the family members. I'll use my real name instead, with such a respectable community like NBR I trust this is not an issue at all.

 

You are right, I can't imagine living in such very cold environment, I spent my all my life living in very hot region, I don't know what winter will looks like anymore. God save all of us from the Climate change and its consequences.

 

I can somewhat manage in hot environment but surviving in a cold environment a complete no go! Our body can't take it!
Atleast @Papusan don't have to repaste his children's BGA PCs because out the box temps will be manageable. A51M will sell as hotcakes to keep everyone warm!

Very honored to be mentioned here. And very impressed by the generosity of @AHMED KARAM ! I wish I had the time to be helping here at NBR more. My poor AW17R1 has sacrificed a lot to just become an ancient relic on my desk, and I'm sure others have given far more than that to the forums here! I look through the list here and see a slowly dying breed. I sincerely hope the next gen cpus will bring back glory to portable gaming... ryzen 9 3850x in a 17" DT replacement would bring the fun back for me... the death of MXM standardization is what has me allocating my time elsewhere unfortunately.
